I met this strange man one night when I was out on town.  He somehow managed to pick me out of a crowd of people for a light for his cigarette, and while I find smoking distasteful, it would be rude of me to not give him a match.  We made a little conversation and then he walked me about town.  He was polite and a good listener.

     ?  -  Eran Knight  -  Hexlix  -  Rather suspicious of this handsome one . . .

     Eran behaves quite polite towards me, gentlemanly even, though I could tell he was trying very hard to make himself look convincing, and for that I'm a bit suspicious of him.  I have to admit that I'm not sure what he's trying to hide.  I do have suspicions that it might be tied with certain Underground events . . . though I must admit that he's very interesting.  It seems that we share some views, while others are a bit different, but still generally similar.  It's a shame that he won't let me help him . . . when I offer he shrugs me off.  When he's more rested he acts much more friendly, not to mention more flattering.

     ?  -  Gabrielle Galaxy  -  Hummmus -  Peaks my curiosity more than anything . . .

     I met the lovely lady in a speakeasy one busy night.  We exchanged words for awhile as Gabby waited tables and served alcohol.  I could tell that she was hiding some things, but found her company to be polite and interesting, nonetheless.  She even seems to act quite well to violent situations.  I'd like to know more about her.

     I met Henrik in a speakeasy in town one night.  We hit it off, surprisingly, and made some small chat, getting to know each other a bit.  Turns out we may have more in common than we're letting on to one another.  That, and he doesn't seem to be one to shy away from a fight.  No bad at all if you ask me.

     This gal is very enthusiastic, but clever, as she proved when the Zek family gathered to formulate a plan against a careless don.  She seems to be eager to get to work for the family.  I'll be interested to see how she does.

     Luca offered me his water canteen when I was suffering the misfortune of having been caught outside in full sunlight on a rather hot day.  He was polite and seemed very curious himself.  He is one of the few children I've met whose mood hasn't irritated me; he was actually pleasant to be around.

     Luka is friendly enough, even if he seems cockier than most men I've met.  But at least he remembers his manners.

     ?  -  Manuel Rodriguez   -  MerelyModest  -  Fairly friendly . . .
     Manuel is a pretty happy, polite man I've seen about town.  Though we haven't exchanged many words with one another, he seems very friendly and genuinely interested and/or concerned in my mood and what is on my mind.  However, I have suspicions that he may be involved in Underground affairs, so I will be keeping a closer eye on him whenever we meet next.

       -  Marco Traieppio  -  SpiffyShoes -  Our family's capable caporegime . . .

     I met him at my first Zek family meeting.  He seems to be quite capable and has complimented me on my planning skills . . . as well as my villainy.  He's becoming more than another acquaintance due to his apparent(?) concern for my well being.  In fact, I would even say that I am beginning to think of him as a friend.

       -  Martine Prideaux  -  michin-yo -  Wonderful, gorgeous mastermind . . .
     I had the pleasure of meeting her in the Zek hideout after we received "the news."  I then planned out our strategy with her.  She's quite intelligent and a rather kindly, agreeable person to be around.  I won't mind working alongside her in the future.

     ?  -  Merian Godfrey  -  ParadeDemon -  Strange, and slightly uppity woman . . .

     I don't get along well with signorina Merian at all.  She's unnecessarily rude and often interrupts when matters don't concern her.  It was all because of my mood putting her off in our first encounter, nonetheless.  Too bad.  I had hopes she would have been much more pleasant and adventurous, not a child.  Oh well.  There is still much I can learn from studying her, I'm sure.

     ?  -  Meserid LeVide  -  ShaeDurii  -  I feel rather protective of this one . . .

     Meseird is one of the most polite and charming fellows I've ever had the genuine pleasure of meeting.  We continued working and conversing with one another, and even ran into trouble while in one another's company.  Meserid always has my back, though, so there is little need for worry.  My protectiveness over him has grown quite a bit, and I find that when I am to once again be in his company, my mood improves.  I would even dare say that I care for him. . .  Arceus help the poor, unfortunate soul to harm him.  I'll gut them and leave them to bleed on the stones.

       -  Orsina Drago  -  erraticArt -  Interesting associate . . .

     She was the first of the other associates I'd met.  She seemed pretty quiet, not one for conversations, but am I not the same?  She speaks her mind, and yet has the tendency to let slip certain observations, comments, and even insults.  Though for some reason I find myself taking a liking to her.  Although I must wonder, why does she get so nervous around violence?

       -  Romeo Lopez  -  keldeos -  Unusual fellow who I seem to make nervous . . .
     Romeo seems to be very nervous around me, and actually admitted outright that he suspected he would fear me the most out of the group.  But he's proven to be very useful.  I'll keep him close . . . for now.

       -  Roy Chaplen  -  FoxxyFoxTrot -  Friendly, musical chap . . .

     A nice chap, makes polite conversation.  Met him in a speakeasy.  Turns out he's a skilled bartender and says he plays piano.  I'll have to check that out sometime if I'm not too busy.

     X  -  Roy Walker  -  Pikalu1 -  Overly-cheerful boy who draws in trouble . . .
     I haven't spoken much with this boy . . . he seems scared rather unsure of me.  He said he thought I was quite strong, though cold.  He'd do well to watch his phrasing around me in the future.

       -  Simon Peterson  -  wdwgr8  -  Good Samaritan . .
     Simon expressed great concern when he found me dehydrated and in sunlight, prompting him to take me to his place of work where he served me drinks.  He was pleasant and upbeat and very energetic, but not to an annoying extent.  I wouldn't mind stopping in for more drinks some time.

       -  Stephan Risata  -  Spadejo9  -  Level-headed Zek . . .

     We haven't interacted much, and rarely see one another around the hideout.  He acted very laid back whenever I did happen to run into him, though.

       -  Ventus Blackthorn  -  Incubat -  Fellow Zek . . .

     Ventus is one of my fellow Zek members.  He's proven to be quite capable and is very polite company.  He's an interesting character who I have yet to learn much about.  That, and he's rather exceptional company when drinking.

1.  Groceries!
     You were about to enjoy a quiet evening at home when you entered the kitchen to find . . . you'd eaten most all your food.  Drat!  So much for being lazy today.  Oh well.  You quickly get dressed and head out the door to get some more food from the nearest grocery store in town.  Upon entering, you see that it isn't all that busy today.  You wonder why, but shrug it off as you go about, picking out a few things here and there before taking them up to the counter.
     A young woman is standing there.  Sure, you'd seen her in here before, but she'd never been the one to ring up your purchases.  Your errand to the shop has woken you up a bit and has made you feel a bit talkative.  Why not start up a conversation with the nice lady?

2.  What're you lookin' at!?
     Today you were heading toward one of your favorite locations in town to just hang out and relax.  You were in a pretty good mood since the start of your stroll . . . until you had to pass through one of the less friendly parts of town.  The stores here had almost all closed before the twenties rolled around, the only businesses remaining open being a few shady gambling houses and some rumored speakeasies.  You feel a little uneasy at the silence of the neighborhood, and quicken your pace.
     Unfortunately for you, it seems that there's a fight taking place in an alley up ahead.  You stop in your tracks, not wanting to pass the alley quite yet when suddenly a few scrawny-looking young men burst from the alley and sprint up the street, stumbling occasionally in their haste.  After them appears a young, fire-haired girl.  She's waving a bruised fist and is shouting various threats after them in a thick Irish accent.  She stopped only when the boys had gone from sight, and turned toward you.  You were caught a little off-guard by her boy-ish clothing--a men's swimming top, bandanna, work shoes, rolled up pants, and aviator goggles perched on her head.  She also had wings and a bent antennae, but what you noticed the most was that in her right eye, she was blind.
     The girl, already riled up from whatever had taken place in that alley, was now redirecting her anger toward you, and it wasn't helping that your gaze lingered on her blind eye.
     "Oi!  What're you lookin' at, ya eejit!?  Ye best be leggin' off 'fore I clatter yer cake-hole!"
     Well . . . you weren't sure what she just said . . . but you didn't think it was anything good.  Better explain yourself and fast!

3. It's broken.
     Well . . . shoot.  Looks like one of your home appliances is broken.  The darn thing just won't run!  It'd be too expensive to keep calling someone over to fix it . . . if only there was someone you could go to.  Wait, there is!  You'd heard rumors around town of a girl who lived and worked out of one the warehouses by the piers in town when she wasn't working at the grocer's in town!  You also specifically remember hearing that she did business for cheap.  Might as well look into it, what have you got to lose?
     So what'll it be, champ?  You gonna go look for her at the grocer's shop or are you gonna go snooping around the warehouse district?
